IT was green, gold, glitz and glamour for ICP Networks in 2014.
Lauded, applauded and singled out for their magnificent achievements in creating the greenest IT HQ in the UK, it was quite a year for the IT and Networking specialists.
Honoured at the LABC Regional Finals and the National Energy Awards ICP Networks have received many plaudits for their creation of Lexicon House.
Featured by The Guardian in several stories and chosen by energy giants EON to star as case study for a national case study the stunning eco-friendly build has caught the imagination of the IT industry and the media in general.
The 16,500 sq ft headquarters has also enabled ICP Networks to extend their services around IT Asset sustainability and management, providing unrivaled reverse logistics and supply chain management solutions to ICP Networks European clients.

Matt Archer, said: “It has been a tremendous year for ICP Networks and the interest in our stunning new headquarters has really taken us aback.
“We have received lots of media attention and to be chosen by EON to feature in a national case study really was the icing on the cake for us.
“We have recorded a stunning new corporate video with the help of BAFTA and Oscar nominated film producer iVideoProductions, continued our sponsorship of Manchester City’s CITC Foundation and supported the launch of an exciting new business Mobile Force Field, a software application which protects children online.
“We have secured a new financial partnership with HSBC which provides ICP Networks with the opportunity to expand our European opportunities and expanded our workforce taking on new members of staff.
“As well as clearly proving better for the environment Lexicon House has generated an income stream for ICP Networks by enabling us to recycle our surplus energy back to the grid and has provided ICP Networks with a first class facility to ensure our customers receive the very best customer service.
“2014 was a tremendous year for ICP Networks and our customers and partners and we will look to building on this success with an even better 2015.”

Green Energy Awards – December
ICP Networks were honoured at The Energy Awards for their eco-friendly global headquarters after being chosen as finalists in the ‘Excellence in Demand Reduction’ category.
Wessex Water were ultimately crowned as winners for their £10 million Bridgwater Treatment Works.

ICP Networks Two Wheel Success – March
ICP Networks are renowned for their speedy delivery and now have the certificate to prove it after a stunning performance at the National Velodrome.
The IT and Networking specialists joined Manchester City’s CITC Foundation for a day of fundraising and clocked up a real success with a staggering 85 laps during an hour long session on the bike.
Our four man team, led by logistics expert Phil Haselgrove, joined more than 200 other riders including World Cup winner Patrick Vieira to raise funds for CITC during the event.

They have donated a transit van and mini bus as part of a commitment to support the charity organisation which works with thousands of youngsters every year in the Greater Manchester area.
The CITC fleet will bear ICP Networks branding and be used for a variety of projects crucial to CITC.
