To IT executives around the world Chris Rendell is the ‘go-to-guy’ for IT and Networking equipment.

And to others he is a Master Chef with such specialities as pulled pork and sushi but to his colleagues at ICP Networks Rendell is a rock God with a love for all things Jimi Hendrix.

The Senior Account Director has a passion for music and a love for guitars but in particular the music of Hendrix, arguably the greatest instrumentalist in the history of music according to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

So what better way than to celebrate a decade of dedication and service to the ICP Networks cause than presenting him with his very own Fender Jimi Hendrix Artist Series Stratocaster.

The guitar, in Olympic white and featuring a reverse headstock which allowed Hendrix to flight a right-handed Strat and play left-handed and also features the Seattle born musician signature on the headstock.

“Chris is not only talented in lots of way, and very successful in working with our clients, having grown his business exponentially over that period of time.

His instrumental talents within the office stretch beyond it and his love for music is well-known.

However his talents stretch far beyond the reaches of the Stratocaster and the inner workings of IT and networking as he has proved to be a dab hand in the kitchen.

He regularly amazes the team at Lexicon House with a fine array of dishes which he prepares for his hungry colleagues with Pulled Pork and his signature dish #NomNom a favourite for all.

Matt added: “Chris has three other guitars and music and concerts are a passion of his. He supports Manchester United but we don’t hold that against him as his love for fine food and cooking for us are something we look forward too. Just don’t say sushi around Chris unless you have some!”

Chris joined ICP Networks 10-years-ago having relocated to Wilmslow from Berkshire. With more than 15 years in the IT and Networking sector he manages keys client relationships for ICP Networks within the UK and around the world.
